Sandy has over ten years of experience working in strategic human resources and organizational development with specialties in organizational culture and change management.  She has worked with companies of all sizes, from one employee to 2,600 employees, across all industries and across the country.Sandy discovered her passion for HR consulting in the way you might fall in love-at-first-sight with a significant other.  She attended a panel discussion about the then-relatively new field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and realized it combined many of the things she loves most in this world: business, strategy, data analysis and people.  Through HR consulting, she is able to help passionate companies cultivate meaningful change and positively impact the success of her clients.Growing up on Long Island (NY), Sandy’s dad owned a marina; she has caught many, many fish. Between then and now, she has traveled the world both by herself and with friends, lived in Australia, backpacked Southeast Asia and most recently, settled in Austin in 2009. Music makes her smile every day.

Sandy received her B.S. in Psychology from Marist College and her M.S. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
